just the other day, i received a flyer in the mailbox, from an eating place. i shan't put the name of the place down cos it's not good to defame stuff, you see. and there's also the fear of being found out; too bad we don't practice freedom of speech in singapore. but anyways, they showed the process of making the foodstuff on one of the pages and it made me laugh at how much they were bullshitting. and brainwashing the publik while at it.

so! in the first step, they claimed that the dough is kneaded with the passion and skill of a culinary master. oh c'mon! who are they kidding? the machine does it. all they do is to shape it into the shape its meant to be.. with the help of a pan.

it was stated in step 3 that only the freshest and *insert more antonyms of stale, low-quality, disgusting and such here* ingredients are used. which is pure crap cos the ingredients are mostly canned. and can be found in neighbouring supermarkets.

which also brings me to another subtopic, how can those stuff be fresh when they told us that they have promotional items just so that they can clear the stock? gahh..
