talk of the weather.

it's gonna be april tomorrow and that means that i'm a month closer to being back in school again!
they're raising the price of movie tickets and i think that's uber silly since they're trying to prevent piracy and stuff. although it won't be affecting me much since i'm not tat medium-sized (big just won't be the right word) a cinema buff, i still think 50 cents can buy me 5 packets of seaweeds.

i don't like seaweed, however.

anyways, i digress! today's post will be on the question, why is the sky blue?

i don't know if there's any scientific explanation but you see, i flunked my science. my explanation as to why the sky is blue is cos it can't be any other colour.

purple is too gaudy, orange is too bright, and black is for night. it can't be red cos then it'll be forever heaty. besides, earth'll look reddish in space and astronauts will mistake it for mars, or vice versa. yellow can't be it cos then what'll be the use of the sun's rays right? and green is out of the question cos then kids will mistake the grass for the sky. and all their cute lil paintings and drawings of a landscape will not look vair prettiful since the whole paper will be.. green.

and that leaves us with no other colour but blue. oh! oh! i totally left out white but the sky isn't white cos then the clouds will be blue and that'll look weird cos we all know it should be the other way round.
